• The unit is square with no missing corner.
• The number of rooms is 5.
• The rooms size are appropriate, provided the Living Area is larger than the Bedroom.
• The Main Door is at the center front.

No good in Feng Shui:

• The Bedroom is directly exposed to the Main Door.
• The Main Door is facing directly with part of the window in Bedroom.

Other consideration:

• The Toilet is too near to the Main Door. However, the Main Door, when opened, will block it from being seen, which is a good design.

1 Bedroom Pano

Good in Feng Shui:

• The number of rooms is 6.
• The Main Door is at the center front.

No good in Feng Shui:

• There is a missing corner at the top left side of the unit.
• The Bedroom is larger than Living Area.
• The Kitchen is directly facing the door of Toilet.
• The Main Door is facing directly with the window in Living Area.

Other consideration:

• The Toilet is too near to the Main Door. However, the Main Door, when opened, will block it from being seen, which is a good design.

1 Bedroom Pano Plus

Good in Feng Shui:

• This design is similar to the 1 Bedroom Pano design above. It is better in the sense that the Pano Plus is rectangular, without missing corner.

1 Bedroom Pano Deluxe

Good in Feng Shui:

• The number of rooms is 6.
• The unit is rectangular without missing corner.

No good in Feng Shui:

• The Bedroom is larger than Living Area.
• The Dining Area is right outside the Toilet.
