• The number of rooms is 5.

No good in Feng Shui:

• The unit has irregular shape on the right-hand-side.
• The W.C. in Bath 1 is conflicting with the unit's direction.
• The door of Bedroom 1 is directly facing the door of Bath 2.
• The main door is partially facing the glass wall to Balcony. It is quite some distance away, and can be blocked by furniture or thick curtain.

Other consideration:

• Try to make it so that the Living Room be the largest room.
• Try to make it so that the Kitchen is larger than the 2 bathrooms respectively.
