Good in Feng Shui:

• The number of rooms at Ground Floor is 6.
• The number of rooms at 1st Floor is 7.
• The door of Master Bedroom is strategically located with no conflict in Feng Shui.

No good in Feng Shui:

• The toilet of Master Bathroom is right on top of the Entrance Flyer at Ground Floor.
• The door of Bedroom 3 is directly facing the staircase.
• The W.C. in Bath 2 is conflicting with the unit's direction.
• The door of Guestroom is directly facing the door of Store Room.
• The door of Utility Room seems to directly facing the fridge in Kitchen.

Other consideration:

• Try to make it so that the cooking hob is as far away from the kitchen sink as possible.
• Try to make it so that the Living Room is larger than the Master Bedroom.

Good in Feng Shui:

• The house is rectangular in shape with no missing corner.
• The refuse chamber is strategically located at the side.
• There is a large car poach in front, which is good.
• There are 7 rooms at Ground Floor and 7 rooms at 1st Floor. Both numbers are auspicious.
• The rooms size are appropriate.
• There is no conflicting doors. Although the Master Bedroom door is facing the Bedroom 1 door, they are quite far apart.
• All toilet doors are strategically placed so that WC is not directly seen when the door is open.

No good in Feng Shui:

• The WC in Ground Floor Powder Room is facing the same direction as the house and in line with the main door. The impact should be small as there are a few walls blocking in between.
• It seems like you need to pass under the WC of Master Bathroom, which is on top of the entrance foyer. If the WC is located on top of the wall, then it's position is perfect.

Other consideration:

• The main door is at the side of the house and not at the center. The house with main door on its left is considered better. However, need to avoid planting tree at the front garden of the house.
