• The direction of W.C. in Powder Room and also in Bath 4 conflict with the unit's direction.

• The Living Hall is smaller than the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2.
• The main door is facing the glass wall at the end of Living Hall. It is quite some distance away, and can be blocked by furniture, wall or thick curtain.
• There is a missing corner at the top left, making the master bed seems to be located "outside" the unit.
• The Maid's Room door is directly align with the door of Wet Kitchen.
