• The unit is rectangular in shape. (Balcony is considered as external structure)
• The W.C. in Bathroom does not conflict with the unit's direction.

No good in Feng Shui:

• The number of rooms is 3.
• The Bathroom is near to the center of the unit.
• The Bedroom is larger than the Living Area.
• It seems like the Bathroom lack of proper ventilation to external area.
• It is a bad idea to have the cooking hob located just next to the kitchen sink.

Other consideration:

• The Kitchen is directly exposed to the Main Entrance, overtaken the visitor's attention to the Living Area. Suggest to block its view from Main Entrance with wall or tall cupboard.
