Elevia Residences Condominium @ Taman Tasik Prima Puchong

Property: Elevia Residences

Type: Condominium

Location: Taman Tasik Prima, Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.

Developer: Symphony Life

Floor plans:

Type A (intermediate unit)

Good in Feng Shui:
  • The number of rooms is 7, which is a good number.
  • The rooms size are appropriate.
  • The door of Bedroom 3 strategically avoided facing with Bath 1.

No good in Feng Shui:
  • The Dining Area is separated apart from Kitchen by Bedroom 3.
  • There are missing corners, one in Bedroom 1, another one in Living room.
  • The door of Bedroom 2 is directly facing the door of Bedroom 1. Anyhow, they are quite far away.
  • The WC of Bath 2 is directly facing its door.

Type B (intermediate unit)

Good in Feng Shui:
  • The rooms size are appropriate.
  • The bathrooms are properly ventilated with window to outside.

No good in Feng Shui:
  • The number of rooms is 8. Can consider separating the Kitchen from Dining, or separating the Dining from Living, to make the number of rooms become 9 which is auspicious.
  • There are quite a lot of conflicting doors:
    • Door of Bedroom 3 directly facing door of Store.
    • Door of Bedroom 1 directly facing door of Bath 2.
    • Door of Bedroom 2 is at the end of a corridor.
    • Open door of Bedroom 1 will directly see Bath 1 in front of you.

Other consideration:
  • The main door facing a window, but very far apart. There should be furniture, screen or wall in between them to block the "qi" from travel through directly.

Type B (corner unit)

Good in Feng Shui:
  • The number of rooms is 9, which is a good number.
  • If Bedroom 1 is larger than Bedroom 2, then the rooms size are appropriate.
  • The bathrooms are properly ventilated with window to outside.

No good in Feng Shui:
  • You cannot see the Living Room from the entrance.
  • The door of Bedroom 1 is directly facing the door of Bath 2.
  • Open door of Bedroom 1 will directly see Bath 1 in front of you.

Type C (penthouse)

No good in Feng Shui:
  • The number of rooms is 12.
  • You cannot see the Living Room from the entrance.
  • The Main Door is at the end of a long corridor.
  • The Main Door is facing a window.
  • The size of Bedroom 4 is small. However, it could be used as a Study Room.
  • The door of Bedroom 3 is facing a long corridor.
  • Open outer door of Bedroom 2 will directly see Bath 2 in front of you.
