Type: Serviced Apartment
Location: Bukit Indah, Iskandar Malaysia, Johor.
Developer: SP Setia
Floor plans:
Good in Feng Shui:
- Both Type C and Type D have 7 rooms, which is a good number.
No good in Feng Shui:
- Both Type C and Type D have a "missing corner" at the bottom left in their floor plan. The impact to Type C is more significant.
- Both Type C and Type D are having main door facing a window. There should be furniture, screen or wall in between them to block the "qi" from travel through directly.
- In Type C, the master bedroom door is at the end of a corridor.
- In Type C, the door of Bedroom 2 is directly facing the door of Bath 2.
- In Type D, the door of Bedroom 2 is directly facing the door of Bedroom 3. However, there is some space between them to put a screen or wall.
- In Type C, the location of Bath 2 is not so ideal. It is near to the center of the unit, and ventilation is not as good as Bath 2 of Type D.
Other consideration:
- Both the design of Type C and Type D are using open concept, where there is no wall separating the living room, dining area and the kitchen. During renovation, keep in mind that the living room should be larger than the dining room.
- At a glance, without renovation, Type D seems to be more auspicious than Type C.
