Good in Feng Shui (Type A):

• The number of rooms is 9.
• The rooms size are appropriate.

No good in Feng Shui (Type A):

• The kitchen is near to the center of the unit.
• There is a missing corner at the bottom right. The unit can be made rectangular by putting grills before the Main Door, covering up the missing corner.
• Open the door of Master Bedroom will directly see the door of Bathroom in front.
• The door of Study Room is at the end of a corridor.

Good in Feng Shui (Type B):

• The number of rooms is 6.
• The unit is rectangular in shape and close to square.

No good in Feng Shui (Type B):

• The main door is facing the glass wall at the end of Living Room. It is quite some distance away, and can be blocked by furniture, wall or thick curtain.
• The W.C. in Bathroom 1 conflicts with the unit's direction.

Overall, floor plan of Type B is a good Feng Shui design.
