Good in Feng Shui:

• The unit is square (slightly rectangular) in shape.
• The rooms size are appropriate. Type A2 is the only unit type of Star Residences which the Living Room is not too small compared with the bedroom(s).
• The WC has appropriate position and location that have no conflict to the unit.

No good in Feng Shui:

• The number of rooms is 3. Renovate to make it 5 to become auspicious.
• The main door is facing the glass wall at the end of Living Room. It is quite some distance away, and can be blocked by furniture, wall or thick curtain.

Other consideration:

• The guest will need to walk pass the Bedroom in order to reach the Bathroom.
