• The Kitchen is strategically hidden from the sight from the Entrance.

No good in Feng Shui:

• The upper part of the unit is irregular in shape, and the bed in Master Bedroom is located "outside" the main body of the unit.
• The door of Master Bedroom is directly facing the door of Bath 2.
• The door of Bedroom 2 is at the end of a short corridor.
• The W.C. in Master Bath and the toilet next to Utility Room are conflicting with the unit's direction.
• If the door of the Yard is opened, the door of Utility room is directly facing the stove in the Kitchen.

Other consideration:

• Try to make it so that Living Room is larger than Master Bedroom.
