Good in Feng Shui:

• The unit has a squarish layout with no missing corner.
• The number of rooms is 6, which is a good number.

 

No good in Feng Shui:

• The Bathroom adjacent to Kitchen is not well ventilated.
• The door of Bedroom 1 is directly facing the door of Bedroom 3.
• The main door is facing the glass wall at the end of Living Hall. It is quite some distance away, and can be blocked by furniture, wall or thick curtain.

Other consideration:

• Try making the Living Hall as large as possible by allocating less space for Dining Hall.
