Regalia @ Sultan Ismail (Type C5)

Property: Regalia @ Sultan Ismail

Type: Serviced apartment

Location: Off Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Developer: Mayland

Floor plan:
Good in Feng Shui:
  • The number of rooms is 6.
  • The rooms size are appropriate.
  • The unit is rectangular in shape, with balcony outside.
  • All the W.C. are not conflicting with the unit's direction.

No good in Feng Shui:
  • The Main Entrance is directly facing the glass door to the Balcony. This can be blocked by furniture and thick curtain.

Other consideration:
  • The door of Master Bedroom is directly facing the door of Washroom. It is quite some distance away, and can be blocked by furniture.
  • Try to separate the hob from the kitchen sink as far away as possible.

Property: Empire Damansara SOHO 2 (Type A)

Type: SOHO

Location: Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Developer: Mammoth Empire Group

Floor plan:

Good in Feng Shui:
  • All the W.C. are not conflicting with the unit's direction.
  • The rooms size are appropriate, provided the Bedroom is slightly smaller than the Living Room.

No good in Feng Shui:
  • The number of rooms at Lower Floor Level is 3.
  • Part of the toilet at Upper Floor Level is directly on top of the Kitchen at Lower Floor Level.
  • There is a big missing corner at lower right of the unit.

The above comment is solely based on floor plan and for discussion only. Consult a Feng Shui master for more complete and professional view.
